A name or case number entered in a search tool is transmitted to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies any result. Thomas County Court Docket does not keep a separate log or database of the search terms entered through those tools.

It provides general routing information for records held by the Thomas County Clerk Magistrate for County Court matters and the Clerk of District Court for District Court matters in Thedford. The statewide JUSTICE One-Time Court Case Search is an official access channel, but it is not operated by this private website.
Nebraska court-record access is governed by the Nebraska Public Records Act, including Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712, and court-specific rules. Neb. Ct. R. § 1-805 addresses public electronic access to defined court information, while Rule § 2-215 addresses public viewing and courthouse terminals. Those rules do not turn this site into a court custodian, and Rules § 1-808 and § 2-210 continue to restrict excluded, sealed, confidential, or protected information.

Information entered into one of those functions is handled under that provider's privacy terms, retention practices, and disclosure rules.
